Our concept of “Grow!”
Living and interacting online more and more, we noticed when we find something we like, there’s no real way to show our love for it. And, on the other side of the equation, it’s hard for individual to make money even when they publish something seriously great. Creativity should be rewarded. There should be an easy way to put your money where your mouse is.
This is a major problem in the age of social networking. In real life, you can tip someone. Online, you can’t.
That’s why we developed “Grow!” With us, you can give a little money, connect closer, and help promote really great content. We believe Grow! builds a closer relationship between musicians and listeners, bloggers and readers, photographers and viewers.

Koji SaitoCTO/Co-FounderOur Chief Technical Officer. IPA selected him as a super creator who possess creative ideas and skills for achieving software innovation and who can put these ideas and skills to use. Now he is making use of his unique capacity and experiences in developing Grow!.
Kazz WatabeCCO/Co-FounderIn charge of planning, creative direction, and promotional activities of Grow! After graduating from a musical college, he begun his music career as a guitarist and composer. After two years, he made use of this experience and founded Grow!
Masahiko AshizawaSoftware Architect SamuraiExperienced application developer, with middle ware and infrastructure engineering for a start-up company. He is currently in charge of middle ware and infrastructure engineering at Grow!.
Jun TakenoWeb Developer NinjaIn charge of the frontside development of Grow!. He worked for a web production company and has experience directing and coordinating. His field covers html5, css3, javascript and more.
